So how does someone go from Payroll Specialist to an IT Tech Support position? Meet Suzanne Foster – Before MyComputerCareer, Suzanne worked as a payroll specialist. She knew that her position was being eliminated and thankfully her company gave her advanced notice to allow her time to find a new position. Suzanne decided to go back to school. She decided to attend ITT Tech and gain an Associate’s Degree. While working towards that degree, ITT Tech closed it’s doors. Suzanne pushed through the frustration and disappointment and found MyComputerCareer.
Despite the setbacks that Suzanne has faced, she pushed forward and has recently accepted a full-time position in a Technical Support position with NeoNova. Suzanne is excited to say the least. She could not believe she had finally found a company that would provide additional training to help her gain the skills necessary to move up in the technical field.
