MyComputerCareer is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards across our website and digital programs.

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conforming to those guidelines helps us serve all of our students and prospective students more effectively.

Measures We Take

MyComputerCareer takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Ongoing review and remediation of our website at the code level
  • Use of automated and manual accessibility testing tools
  • Staff training on accessibility best practices for content creation
  • Inclusion of accessibility requirements in our procurement of third-party tools and platforms
  • Regular review of this statement and our remediation progress

Known Limitations

We are actively working to resolve the following known issues on our website. We expect these to be addressed on a rolling basis through June 30, 2026:

  • Some video content currently relies on auto-generated captions, which are being reviewed and manually corrected for accuracy
  • Some older PDF documents (enrollment forms, handbooks) may not be fully tagged for screen reader access and are under review
  • Some interactive elements, including form fields and carousel components, are undergoing accessibility improvements
  • Certain third-party tools (student portal, transcript system) are subject to their vendors’ own accessibility roadmaps; we are actively requesting compliance documentation from each vendor

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Please contact us if you experience any barrier.
