MyComputerCareer’s very own, Ashley Moralez, was just awarded the Patriotic Employer Certificate from the Office of the U.S. Secretary of Defense. This award reflects the efforts made to support citizen warriors through a wide range of measures and we are so happy that Ashley received this honor! She absolutely deserves it.
Since May 2016, we have been lucky enough to have Ashley as a part of our family! Her background in higher education began over a decade ago as a High School Admissions Representative with a culinary school based out of Indianapolis, IN. Fast forward to 2019, and she is MyComputerCareer’s Executive Director of Live Online Admissions! How’d she manage to pull off such an awesome career progression? Let’s rewind a bit.
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Marian University where she played collegiate volleyball. Not only did she serve up some stellar moves, she served as a captain of her team for all 4 years that she played! Following her undergraduate studies, Ashley relocated to Raleigh, NC and started her Master’s Degree through Colorado State University-Global Campus. In 2015, she finished that program with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership!
Within her current position as the Executive Director of Live Online Admissions, Ashley leads a team of 50+ Admissions personnel. Her excellent leadership is vital in assisting potential students through their enrollment process. She accomplishes this through her broad scope of experience, having held various roles in her career ranging from Admissions, Operations, Business Development, and Military Relations. Her deep passion for higher education and assisting those who are looking for a career change is an inspiration to us all!
Though Ashley was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, her heart now resides in Raleigh, NC. She lives with her wife, Tina, their dogs Chip & Ulysses and newborn son, Theo.
