Holly Springs, N.C. – June 1, 2023 – MyComputerCareer, an online and in-campus technical college, recently announced the appointment of B Jaye Burchfiel as executive director of human resources. In the role, Burchfiel will draw from 20+ years of progressive industry experience to expertly lead HR initiatives for the organization, including:
- Workforce recruitment, retention and development
- Supporting and counseling senior management
- Developing and/or updating critical policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Promoting the mission of MyComputerCareer to internal stakeholders
- Representing the school at industry functions.
Prior to her appointment, B Jaye held a number of HR leadership roles, most recently serving as HR director for Vyne Dental, a leading provider of revenue cycle, claims management, and electronic health information exchange for all-sized dental practices. Previous to Vyne, she held HR director roles for both the Marine Accessories Corporation and ATI, Inc.
